Making a difference through work is not just focusing on the client, but the employees who make it happen. As part of the Monthly Employee engagement events, the idea was to have a themed event each month and create interactive and engaging experiences for employees.
The idea was to take the Freddie Mac branding, but really showcase exciting pops and color from the palette, in presenting excitement and spotlight engagement. Kicking off the first event of the year, the first theme was March Macness. (Representing Freddie MAC and playing a twist on word with the name. A pep rally event leading up to the NCAA finals. This was an opportunity to really come up with various engaging visual experiences but tie with with our Freddie Mac mission, as that is the goal daily.
For this event, we kicked it off with an engaging Save the date to send to employees, watch party signage, stickers, and a fun animation with facts to display across the campus screens.
